Discrimination in Salary after 6th Pay Revision

Here is some comparative between discrimination of pay fixation by the Finance Ministry through Pay Commission. In teaching community there are three major group of teaching 

1) Primary teachers PRT 

2) Secondary teacher (TGT) and 

3) Senior secondary teacher PGT. 

In their pay before 6th pay commission; a logical difference was there and that was Rs. 1000/- between each post (i.e. 4500/, 5500/ and 6500/ )but after 6th Pay commission it differ ill-logically. No reason is behind this is seen. Why this variation is so illogical-
PRT to TGT à Rs. 3640 in basic pay.
PRT to PGT à Rs. 4650 in basic Pay
Primary teacher in this commission are seems that they are observed as minor category whether they are taking more teaching periods and one thing is very important that Grade Pay for each post having same difference i.e. 4200, 4600 and 4800. But in Pay it is as per table.

This variation is humiliating the teachers. This should be rectified.
